We unveiled the results of our #global #hybridwork study, which surveyed 14,050 employees and 3,850 employers across 19 countries. What we found was fascinating! 80% of employers are mandating a full or partial return to the office, which likely comes as no surprise. But what IS surprising is that 72% of employees are positive about going back to the office. So, what's the problem? The office isn't ready to support what employees want from the new office experience-collaboration, ideating and brainstorming, and a sense of belonging. A massive 50%+ of current office spaces are still dedicated to personal working spaces, which are unsupportive of a collaborative environment. What do employers plan to do about it?
